FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Any orders placed online after 10am on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and again when it has been shipped. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. 

If you are placing a local pickup, you can pick up your order from our store for free. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We offer a 30 day fit guarantee. If your shoes pinch, poke, bite, or choke, we will gladly find you a shoe that works for you. Please fill out the reason for the return, and we will update you with the next steps.

If you are shipping back a product, we cannot hold any inventory until we receive your return. At that time, we will then check to see if the shoe you want is available. Additionally, you must cover the return shipping label cost. However, you may return the shoe in the store for free, and we will happily assist you with finding the perfect fit.
